Our collaboration with Boulevard North Apartments was centered on capturing the unique charm and coastal lifestyle that defines this beachfront accommodation. Located in the heart of the Gold Coast, the objective of the project was to create a promotional video and a set of visual assets that would position Boulevard North as a premier choice for travelers seeking comfort, ocean views, and a relaxed yet elevated experience.

We designed a cinematic concept that emphasized the serenity, spaciousness, and unbeatable location of the apartments. The video showcased key areas such as the ocean-facing balconies, open living spaces, modern amenities, and the direct access to the beach — all filmed during golden hours to highlight the natural light and coastal atmosphere.

Throughout production, we focused on delivering visuals that evoke a feeling of escapism, inviting guests to imagine themselves waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying moments of rest and connection. Movement, slow pans, and dynamic compositions were used to bring out the lifestyle element, while drone footage was strategically integrated to emphasize the building’s proximity to the beach and the vibrant neighborhood.

In addition to video, we captured photography assets tailored for online platforms and booking sites, ensuring consistency across the property’s marketing materials. The final delivery provided Boulevard North with a strong visual identity that reflects its laid-back elegance and appeals to both local and international travelers looking for a memorable stay on the coast.
